I am currently in The UK - London
A month ago before I left, i opened up a bank account with FNB
1st, FNB promised to switch all my Debit orders, Not all of them were changed and fair enough, I was informed about some. I lost my cell phone together with my wallet. Now, luckily, My FNB card was at home, however I dont have the Pin.

Now, I call the contact centre, so That i can change my Cell number and my Cell number to the UK Number aand i was told, They cannot help me if i do not have the pin code. Are you serious?
You only have two ways of verifying an individual??? what happened to asking for residential adress or cell number of last transaction on your account. I am overseas, i cannot come to the branch... what now?
I need my bank statement, so that i can see which debits went thru or not!
