I had a transaction occur on my account. I got the SMS on my phone and called the number immediately. When I spoke to the call center again they first asked me all questions before telling me they will put me through to another number. Why don't they just send the correct number. Quite bizarre. I was then told they would send me the forms but they never sent it. I reported it immediately to safe guard myself but I never heard anything back

Please advise why they take so long to send me a simple form to try get money back that was taken out my account. Additionally why didn't Nedbank pick up this transaction. I never made online international purchases! Very disappointed in Nedbanks service
