I contacted Loan Tracers on 3 April with a request for a loan. As I needed the loan urgently, I was happy with their advertised 3 and 5 days turnaround. That WAS the hook!!! After going backwards and forwards, and ONLY once they had my money, they put the application through to APA Loans - also in Cape Town (7 days after the initial contact) I finally got hold of APA Loans today (22 April 2013) which is a company that does not identify themselves, refused to tell me the company name when I asked where I was through to as well as would not divulge their name. This was more suspect than getting the run around for 19 days...

DO NOT USE THEM. THEY TAKE YOU MONEY FOR A SERVICE THEY DO NOT PROVIDE (AND WITHOUT PAYING, THEY WON'T EVEN LOOK AT YOUR REQUEST). THE Supposed Service is Loan Tracer SA convenient 2 in 1 Service Package. THERE IS NOTHING CONVENIENT ABOUT TRYING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

This is a definate case for the FSB!!!
