ABSA worse, worse, worse

So I apply for a creditcard - will take 5 to 7 days. After 3 WEEKS the bank call me, the card can be collected!! WHAT??? So I tell them I am not interested anymore.
What happens yesterday??? I receive an account for this creditcard - which I never went to fetch - and the account is telling me that an amount of R25 will be deducted from my account, my account balance is R120. I am fed-up for the poor service ABSA is giving me! Everyone is telling me to move to another bank, dont know why I dont listen!!
VERY VERY disgusted!!
