So many problems and terrible service

1) I sent an email to Kehilwe Maselo Wed. 29 Jan. 2014 which was IGNORED but VITAL to my complaint.
2) I just checked my internet banking today and it said that I'm - R 88.76 and my monthly bank charges were
R 104.00 (my Eplus plan account is supposed to be R 99) Where did the extra come in? It is also IMPOSSIBLE that my account went - R88.76 because if you notice my complaint to Kehilwe in point 1) above that would help answer this problem
3) Also mesmerised by standard bank website being unfriendly - division is a mission to find and they don't respond to complaints. My dad emailed the division 14 January 2014 and he received no feedback regarding his serious complaint.
So far I'm NOT IMPRESSED by the USELESS SERVICE
