Cancellations of policy

Waiting for 2 months to get my life cover policy canceled, they are fast to get you covered but cancelations of policy's take for ever.last month i had to pay bank charges because they never respond to the cancelation emails, a respons is surpose to happen within 48hours. please just cancel it
