Not helping

Im really upset that capitec after numerous disputes being reversed on my account now tells me im ubnable to reverse what is my hard earned monoey, they now want a letter to say that it is cancelled... after speakiing to numerous consultants branch managers and the useless excuse of a call centre.who cant really assist you as you have to go into a branch.

as i explained the this company keeps changeing their reference and the bank can t even tell me who it is debiting the money...

so thank you capitec, i work for you my bank to allow people to legally money from me.
