Out to rip off people

I would just like to bring across my disappointment, anger and utter disgust in this company's rottenly poor service.

First of all DMC has had my account since 2009, and failed to make contact with me on my cell number 074 2044 325 even though I have had this cell number since 2007/2008, when speaking to one of their consultants on the 19/04/2013 I was advised of some 083 which I have never in my life owned, further to that when asking why I was never contacted, I was faced with some incredibly extreme arrogance, and the consultant not even attempting to answer my question.

Now i am the unfortunate sucker who needs to not only pay an outstanding amount of money generated by interest but also sit with a poor credit record due to incompetence and disregard for consumer service, and yet their email address is [Email Removed]
