I received a call on 17/04/13 @ 09:34 from a guy who greeted me as Linton Pillay. He advised that he was calling from Compare & Save. He asked whether I owned a car & I said No, he then put the phone down in my face. I feel he was so Rude & arrogant. He did not wait for me to inform him of what had occurred with my car & that I was in the process of purchasing a new car. Nothing! He just put the phone down. Now how 's that for CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE! I am so sick & tired of rudeness of staff taking things too personally when potential customers cannot assure the sale at that point in time. I am so sorry that it is difficult to make a sale, but don't take it out on Me. I have been there had days where sales were few, but treated all my customers with respect who eventually called me back and I made the sales. Please I do not want anyone from Compare & Save calling me again. When I do purchase in this upcoming week, I will be seeking insurance co that actually says & does a Thank You Mam, it's ok I understand however, if you need assistance in future, please call me.
