I have a complaint that may pertain to both Budget and Technostar...
So my vehicle was damaged in an accident about 47 days ago.
I received information from budget and technostar saying various things say that parts where not available and my vehicle would be due at a certain point... but their information was contradictory to one another...

I dont mind if my vehicle repair has to take a while, but give me one story.
Dont lead me on and then change the plan
Dont give me information that does not tie up with the information of the supplier you have chosen.
Dont effect my life in a way that brings about inconvenience and adds costs that i cannot afford now.

I pay on time every month... would it be ok if i dont pay for the month of february and still be expected to be covered for march leading into april... i dont think so..
i think your customer service and for the inconvenice caused to me for my vehicle repair taking disastrously long, i would like a vehicle made available to me that will manage the inconvenience of me not having one..
