My husband and I were involved in an accident on 01 December 2013. A drunk driver drove into our vehicle. I immediately reported the incident to the police and my insurance. Who then towed our car. I registered my claim the following day providing them with all the necessary information. What is suprising is that they are apparently doing an investigation as to where the car is parked interrogating our neighbours who by the way dont even know our first and last names. They approached me and explained how uncomfortable they felt and that they were not even sure as to whether those people were actually talking about us. But since they mentioned a car similar to ours they thought it might be us. Now I didn't go out and cause the accident. I didn't ask for it. But the way budget insurance is treating me is really unfair. They dont call when they say they will. I constantly use the money that I dont even have to get feedback. To date I don't even know what is the outcome. Is this their ways of not wanting to fix or pay for my car? Is this how these people who take our monies every month treat their clients. Am disappointed and hurt.
