Not honouring refund

I have a personal loan with Call Direct for quite a while. I was retrenched last year and had the insurance cover payments for 6 months. They deducted for 2 months after the insurance had covered those months already so there is a credit in my account. About a month ago I called them to have that reimbursed and was told they would process the claim. I received no payment after a week and I called again, again I was told they would process it. A week follwed and again I phoned them regarding the matter. I was told by the consultant that the note was made but never sent through to be actioned for payout and that it would take about 4 to 5 days. The days passed and I phoned again speaking to a more senior consultant. She reassured me that it would be done and sent me email confirmation on the 8th January stating refund is in validation and I will be contacted within 48hrs. Today is the 16th and still no phone call. The last two days I phoned only to be told that the consultants would phone me. How difficult is it to get my refund. They are very quick to phone should you skip a payment but not quick to pay your refund. I think its disgusting as Im retrenched due to work injury.
