Mi Way payout with gift cards suppliers 45km away

An assessor came out done all the checks, listened to phone conversations for a recent at my place. Theyapproved my claim. I was given various different gift cards. I asked for a breakdown of where I could use these gift cards- still waiting. The supplier of some of these gifts are 45 or more km away from where I live. Not only did I have to wait almost 2 months, I now get paid in GIFT CARDS, by a supplier of their choice. I understand if they think that paying out cash is not an option for their own reasons, but then they need to at least get suppliers that are convinient for their clients or give one gift card that we can select which suppliers to use. So many PS2 game were which my son built up over a number of years from various stores, we got only one supplier to go to to have it replaced. Will they beable to replace all these? I would like to caution people that have been with insur companies for a long time, and change because of cheaper premium, read your policy wording, as this is something they dont disclose to you on the phone when they want you to join them, but if you dont disclose any information they will hold it against you.
