Card retained

My debit card card was retained by the Absa ATM on the 30th March 2013 in Dennilton and the following week i had it replaced by my nearest baranch, i was told i would be charged R65 for the replacement as this is built into the system. I want them to get my card in Dennilton as is in their ATM and i will return their card so that they reverse the charge.
