Homeloan flag and name not cleared

Please clear the flag of my id. The bond was never part of any payback arrangements and the review has been finalized almost two years ago. This is the second time this is happening and we need to amend the bond that is in my and my sisters name and she made almost 40 calls and still not resolved. Absa get your facts right my debt review was paid off almost 2 years already and all your other departments removed the flag! The best of all is that the bond premium was paid and is still being paid in FULL each month, we have never been behind on the payments. We have been with Absa almost 20 years and expect a little better service please.
