Still no refund!!!

This past Monday 15/04 all the Absa point of sale and ATM's were down nationwide - so I went to withdraw cash inside the branch, as advised by the branch managers in at the Century City Absa bank. Everyone in the line doing withdrawals was told that the R30 service charge fee would be refunded because of the issues with the systems. I am STILL waiting for my refund - not only did you inconvenience me with the system downtime, you're now withholding my cash from me!
