Illed for a crecdit card i didnt know i applied 4

A few months ago i found out i had opened a savings and credit card in july 12... when i tried querying this, i did not get answers. i then went on maternity and was unable to get to the bank. now that im back in action, i find that ABSA is out of action! i have been in contact with the sales manage that has no idea whats the difference between a hand and a leg! he advised to get back to me... i did called the credit card dept which could not help... followed by calling the sales lady in the branch who advised me that it takes 48 hours to get paper work and now months later, im still waiting!!! they were to quick to open this account and bill me but so dam delayed on giving me answers!!!
