I was in a accident and was referred to SilverStar Autobody on 5 February. It took about 3 months before we were able to collect our vehicle, after a lot of calls from our side. They replaced the right back tyre/rim even though it was evident that the right front rim/tyre was damaged in the accident. Our rim/tyre got at their premises. They broke parts in the vehicle, the paint job was bad and some places looked as if it was done with a paintbrush. They want to claim the replacements due to the fact that they broke something or something got at their premises from MiWay. They don't care about customer service, because they keep on braking promises, made by them. No insurance company should ever refer vehicle claims to them.
