Several consultants called me regarding my sister of whom i am the legal guardian.by law i asked them to inform me what the issue is question is for. she doesnt have a cellphone as it was with her handbag and many other contents including bank cards and account cards. i tried to explain that to the consultant in question and all he did was shout at me and he dropped the call on me. he even said it is okay for me to lay a lawsuit with the company for his behaviour. if such companies can not employ people who can rightly deal with the clients especially managers and supervisors who do not have people skills i dont know if we can even trust what they are saying in the end. they use a private number to call and it could be for all i know because genuine companies do not have such terrible people skills.
