Nobody willing to assist or get supervisors

Following a payback on an overdue account, the people working the call centre of Shapiro Shaik Defries, blatently to me, indicating that there are no supervisors or managers in the office - when threatening to talk to their directors, they simply say, do what you must.

This comany clearly works with untrained, unproffessional staff, which raises a question - ARE THEY LEGIT???

I think their a. Simply an opinion.

A company with no backbone, morals or respect for other people.

I hope companies who use them, go down. BIG TIME.

Bussiness licenses revoked etc.
