MISSING PAYMENTS

I paid my RCS istalments amounts 2 months in advance but last week i recieved an sms to say that my account was overdue and that i needed to make payment immediately. I also know my account to have a balance of R3900 and not the R4582 that RCS is claiming. Funny enough the amount that i am supposedly overdue by is the difference between the two amounts... i sent communication to RCS in this regard and I have not received any feedback. When my account had a balance of R7000 i used to pay an instalment of R580 and now my account as they claim has a balance of R4582 but the instalment is R682. come on!!!
