Charged an amount which i didnt aggree on

Sometimes early in Jan 2013 I wanted a qoutation which I got one for R1522.33 then I was connected to my Insurance to cancel which they gave me a cheaper prize of R1395.52 (Budget), Then on the 27/28 Jan 2013 I got a call from 1 of the sales agents from Miway to check if I was happy with the qoute which I told him I didnt take it cos it was high then what my Insurance gave me to my surpise on the 31 Jan 2013 I see Miway debited me R1522.33 I called to check with them 1 consultant told me that it was just a quote on the system then she called her team ledder I cant remember her name & she said they will refund me. I called them after 4/5 days after to find out whats happening another consltant told me the same thing (Its just a qoute on the system we will refund you) days went by still the was no refurn then I called on the 11 Feb 2013 I spoke to (Kabelo Ntsime) which he told me that I have a active account under my second name which I dont understand why everybody didnt see that (after speaking to about 5/6 consltant) I was refunded only R1090.53 which Im still not happy about it & I was the one who was calling them with my own money cos they keep on saying we will call you back...
