No Legal support when you need it, false adverts!

My brother was arrested on Saturday night and no details of why he was arrested was given at all, we were told the case is in Durban and so is the docket and therefore he must wait for Monday to report to the Durban court. Upon phoning Legal Wise since he has been a loyal customer since 2009. We were told that he cant be helped as he is only a member since 2009. How long can the window period possibly be before legalwise will support you when you need them the most. Today he appeared in the Kempton park court where he is held still with no support or even a phone call from legal wise... as a result he didnt even get bail and he continues to be held in custody for a crime he doesnt even know about as all the documents are in Durban yet he is held in kEMPTON PARK.
