Incompetent service

I opened a loan with real people last year 2012, they started deducting from around april/may, i have been meeting my payments up until oct, the next month they take the installment in the middle of november without my authorisation when the contract states that the debit order should run month end in which case i have been paying faithfully all along, so i went to the bank to reverse it, suddenly they stopped deducting altogether and theres a negative status on my credit report, they dont even call or send an email to notify me that i am in arrears this to me is pathetic service and i am taking legal action against this!
