RETRENCHED AND HANDED OVER

At the end of April 2012 I was retrenched and advised Real People in May 2012 that I would not be able to meet my commitment due to this. They gave me a 3 month break after which they stated a consultant would be in contact to review my position. This did not happen and they just handed my account over to SSDA attorneys. They sent me an sms in Sep12 as a final demand threatening further legal action, and on a monthly basis I received these demand sms and have phoned in where I spoke to different people all the time. Still nothing is placed on their system. I have requested written notification and statements but there is never record of this. Now I find that these brilliant attorneys placed a trace alert on my credit profile through DMC as they apparently cannot get hold of me. I have since sent an email to try get something in writing with no response. I managed to make payments of R300 per month and have since increased this to R500. I want my account removed from these attorneys and want to deal with Real People directly, as this was out of my control, and I want the Trace alert removed as they have my contact details from Real People. I will take this further without remedy!!
