Reported accident on 28th, March, could not get help was told officials were going on Easter holidays, neither given a courtesy car, holidays spoilt. Followed up after 4 days, taken from pillar to post somtimes told I was not insured or my records could not be found, told I had no courtesy arrangement. Somtimes would be sent to an underwriter (Unity Insurance) who would also send me back to Africanindependence. Finaly given only R3 000 to cover rental of a car - ask yourself is this enough to cover rental from 28th to date note that the car has not even been assessed so might be without a car for the next 2 months cause the insurance is taking its time and all the time that they will call back and never do even claim that thier telephonelines cant phone certain phone numbers. This car is used daily to even transport my sick Dad, without it I have to hire meter taxes all the time, had to hire transport for kids to school. My insurance has not helped me, rather frustrated me, have never claimed in the past 4yrs since I had the insurance, this is the service I am getting. Is it really worth it to have an insurance, think its better to rather save at the bank. NEED HELP URGENTLY
