I am Mr. Smit and i have been a client of oneplan for 3 or 4 years now. I am very unhappy with your services because my day to day benefits have been cancelled. I tried explaining to the people i have talked to but they would not assist me.
As i told them: i use a doctor inside a pharmacy and she gives me a prescription, and if i pay for the consultation i pay for the medicine as well, WITH ONE SWIPE OF THE CARD.. for that reason you see only one card swipe and then you cancel my benefits. It happened before and i phoned you guys and then they rectified it, but now they don't want to help me and tell me i must pay money into my account. FOR WHAT. ITS NOT ACCEPTABLE BECAUSE IM STILL WAITING FOR SOME OF MY MONEY THAT YOU TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TO BE PAID BACK TO ME. AND I HAVE SENT YOU THE PROOF OF PURCHASE ASWELL.
IMMEDIATE ATTENTION TO THIS CASE WILL BE APPRECIATED AND I EXPECT A CALL FROM YOU TODAY TO SORT THIS OUT.
OTHERWISE I WILL HAVE NOW OTHER CHOICE TO GO TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL WITH THIS CASE

I SENT THE ABOVE EMAIL TO ONEPLAN 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAVE NO ANSWER
