Settlement Lette

I received a judgement at work for an amount of 1897.63 with interest it was now 2888.00. I tried contacting flemix via telephone with no joy. I eventually contacted them via email and received the shock of my life when the statement amount was R5400.77 and when i asked for a settlement it was R6125.78. I had no contact from this company since the I signed a letter from the tracer in 2009, but from the info I received from them there were just 2 letter sent in Aug 2009 and Mar 2012 shocking since my residence hasnt chanced for the past 10 years. Anyway I have settled this account 28 March 2013 and sent proof of payment on the same day and am now having difficulty obtaining the settlement letter for my company to cancel the garnishing order. I have sent emails and the only response is that the payment has not been allocated yet and my company requires the letter before the 17th. I am really frustrated. Please Assist Urgently
