This wonderful lady i have encountered alot of good service from her, and there to many to mention and evrytime i would call, i am always hoping to get help from her, because with the other people in her department that i have come across, they either get irritated, inpatient, and make you feel like you disturbing the, but with Pamela Davies i have always encountered a very good service from her and she is alyways available to assist regardless of how small or big the problem is, she makes sure that when you done you understand exactly what she said and resolves queries on first time contact all the time, and i must say such good service is rare and when i see one or encounter one i will want to comend such service, and i must say she is good value and asset to the company, she realy is Always willing to assist living the values of the bank, i salute he
