Debit order dispute

I am very dissappointed by capitec bank i believe the money that i have with them its mine a nd if i want to dispute the money is not teir problem... after all the struggle of getting the cancellation letter and i did and they say they cant help me because the cancellation doesnt correspond with what they want, i dont believe it cause i trusted this bank with my money and with my best interests... i am very dissappointed with this bank and my salary is tranfered to this bank so it i can have access to it anytime that i want ..i will have to cancel it and the services form the manager was not really that good and going in the bank everyday for same thing for 5days doesnt make sen se to me and that policy is not woprking at all cause they are going to loose clients because of this policy... the otrher banks dont have this stupid policy i would rather pay alot of money in bank charges an me not being able to get my money onthe savings account
