REVERSE CHARGES!!!

I am an ABSA customer and I recently applied for a Platinum Value Bundle on the internet on the 11th February 2013. I later received a call from an ABSA consultant, Mmabatho and I explained to her that I already have an ABSA silver cheque account but need an upgrade. To my shock on the 14th February I received an e-mail from Adri Esslement (Assessor) with the Gold Value Bundle 'terms and conditions' and pricing brochure attached. I was really disappointed and replied back also including [Email Removed] and actionline [Email Removed] in my response advising ABSA that I was really UNHAPPY with their offer for a Gold Value Bundle and instructed them to withdraw the application with immediate effect. Despite my application WITHDRAWAL, ABSA billed me for a Gold Value Bundle the next day (15th February 2013) and my normal (current) Silver Value Bundle. This is not the first time ABSA gives me a product I did not request. I once went inside an ABSA branch in Cape Town for a R1000 overdraft application but was offered a R20 000 loan which I did not qualify for. I would appreciate it if the Gold Value Bundle charges are reversed.
