POOR SERVICE DELIEVERY OF STAFF AND BRANCH MANAGER

Thursday 9/4/2013 I received a letter from the afore-mentioned to inform me that I owe R1316 on my cheque account for bank charges and should I fail to respond within 10 working days my details would be forwarded to the bureau. October 2012 I became unemployed and I closed my cheque account in December 2012 at the above branch, however, they have failed to close the account, hence the outstanding balance. I visited the branch Wednesday morning and was assisted by Jamie and then Priscella who then told me that the matter must be sorted by the branch manager who had just left the branch but I would get feedback that same day. To date I have heard nothing from the branch manager and I want the employee to be disciplined who failed to close the account in December 2012.
