In June this year I took finance on a new vehicle. I have not missed any of my instalments, however, I am now in a situation where my months are becoming very tight. I went back to the dealer and asked them if I could add on a balloon payment onto my current deal to reduce the payments as I did not want to be in a situation where I couldn't pay my monthly instalment. I was put in contact with Lebogang Ntone who at first said they can help and today told me as that they are new deals they can assist and I must contact the legal department, I did this and after being transferred to 5 different people I was told they can not help as my deal is not older than a year. I have been a client of wesbank's since 2011 my account is in good condition and I am really just asking that someone helps me please.
