Customer Service still exists!

I had reported an indifferent, cold and unprofessional attitude from one of the consultants of First for Women at a time when a bit of understanding and grace would have been nice (i was registering a claim of).

Tshidi Mpini of Customer Experience Management- Telesure Group Services gave me a call and with her professional and understanding mannerisms made me realise customer service still exists. Did she change anything about the outcome... no but her attitude made me feel like a customer and not just a paying number in the system... a rare quality in todays times...
