Great service and attitude

I received a call from Nelicia Strauss today who went out of her way to make sure I am satisfied with my monthly premuim. As a student i have a strict budget and after Nelicia spoke to her manager about my situation she assisted me with my car insurance until i was satisfied wih my premuim. I've been a customer at first for women for about two years now and each time I talk to one of their consultants I realize that I made the right decision to choose first for women as my car insurance company :-)
