It gives me pleasure to know that whenever I call or email Tshidi Mpini with any claim it will be handled with urgency and excellence, from Tshidi's capable hands I was transferred to Khensani Chauke, whom I've dealt with before and I must say I was so happy to know that she was the consulted I was handed over to, when we talk about pro-activeness, rapport, and excellence Khensani Chauke takes the cup. she made me aware of the information that will be needed by the supplier before hand and that to me is excellent service. I strongly believe that Tshidi Mpini and Khensani Chauke are a force to be reckoned with, within the customer services industry, I'm not easily impressed and I'm a perfectionist like that but these two are able to satisfy my needs with just one phone call.
