The Worst Service Eve

I applied for a loan on the 10/04/2013 today is the 15/04/2013 and still im waiting for it. I have dealt with this company and really i dont recommend it to anyone the sense of urgency within the business is none the sense of customer is none existence the reception sounds like she has no clue what shes doing and is just giving you info on what she has been told to. I was told that they need to confirm employment it has taken 5 days to do so and My HR has been emailing faxing to all sorts of numbers that they have provided us with and still none has been achieved, Bad Service would be an absolutely privilege to have at this point in time
