I have never in my life experienced such rude and incompetent service than at the Benoni's Lakeside Mall (011 427 1444) as well as your support number. Applying for a R1500 multi loan on Saturday, the 17th of August 2013, now took me 2 days as they try to confirm my employment at a number that is not my company's (and not a number I provided) and the more I try to explain that to them and to your support centre, the more I am told that that is the number on your system. I have been working for my company for over 12 years of the 25 years they are in existence and applied for loans and credit with other institutions without any issues. The correct details are on the Credit Bureaus Capitec made the enquiries to also.

Previously I tried to consolidate some debt with Capitec where I was given an offer (after a credit check) just to be told later that I do not qualify. I don't mind if you want a certain demographic on your books but at least train your staff to treat members of the public with more respect and dignity. Or at least turn people away before they go through all the time and effort to support your products when they contact you the FIRST TIME.
