Edu-loan
No communication

I'm so disappointed with edu-loan, after i submitted my complaint here a lady by the name of Laurentia attended me and called to apologise and offer to treat the matter urgently as i have applied on the 11th of Jan 2013.she told me that no documents are reflecting on their system even though i've sent them twice but she promised to check for them and come back to me within an hour, of which she did find them and she called to let me know that she has found them and she did the confirmation of employment already.she promised to give me a call in an hour to tell me the outcome as i want to make alternative arrangement if they can't help me cos i've wasted so much time with this application and time is not on my side anymore.i waited for her call up to now she hasn't call.so edu-loan doesn't have a sense of urgency...
