I opened a business account some time in September 2013 and until now I have not been able to use the account as I cannot register for internet banking. I called the call center and at first I was to I had probably done it wrong and I was taken through the process and still I could not. They then told me to check if my account was operational. I called the call center again and was told the account was fine but the card was wrong and I had to go into a branch to get it fixed. I then went into a branch and they changed my bank card. They assured me it would work and this is over a month later and I still cannot register for internet banking. This means I cannot make any payments from the account. My issue is what should I do next besides closing the account and opening one elsewhere. I do not want to keep going in circles and not resolving the problem. Does anyone know what and how to resolve this.
