Cancelling your policy runs up your phone bill

Forty minutes with Miway and still the policy isn't cancelled. Makes you wonder, why would they want to leave a bad taste in your mouth? Don't they want to do business with you in the future? and what about all the friends and family referred to Miway by me? Surely I'm going to share my experience with them..Oh and the best part, I have to get an affidavit to get a refund or else they wont pay out, why should I have to go through all that trouble? My call finally cut off because I ran out of airtime and they don't return the call! Disgusting Miway! I normally post here to Compliment!
