Incorrect excess on item billed every month

Good day

I have been experiencing additional charges on my bank account on a monthly basis by FNB.Every month theres a R240 or R120 excess charge on my account, but this is incorrect. There are funds when I purchased these items otherwise the purchase will be declined as I dont have an overdraft. I have queried this, and was told that funds will be reversed but nothing has been done for over two months. This has been going on for a very long tme, and I want FNB to recon my account and correct this.
