YOUR SOOO USELESS

I'm still waiting for one of your useless employees to get back to me the only thing i received was a sumamry of my payments made and I picked up the following:

1) MY ABSA CREDIT CARD (SETTLED DEC) STILL SHOWS A BALANCE ON YOUR REPORTS.
2) MY DIRECT AXIS LOAN BALANCE INCREASES EVERY MONTH??? HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO SETTLE THIS THING IF THE BALANCE INCREASES EVERY MONTH?

I have lodged a complaint at the NRC and am going to pursue it further as it seems to get anything from CA is waste of my time every time a different person phones me or you copy and paste the same lame reply that your looking into it YOUR USELESS AND DONT SEEM TO KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING!!!
