Typical of absa - app does not work

The last week has been the wrist service I've ever received from one institution, to the point where tomorrow I will close all my absa accounts and move ..sorry Steve should have listened ages ago

1) app does not work, down load app. Linked the device... tried to login .. Operation timed out, called the " help desk" was put on hold, then told my device is outdated (iPad 2) with the latest iOS, next call was told I had to have my NOTEBOOK checked as it has a virus... strange since I was on an iPad... and last call was the cherry on the cake... eish I don't know... and then the phone was put down in my ear

2) over the Easter weekend, we had a wild hedgehog fall into our pool, which was sucked into filter causing the pool pump to short out.. The report was reported to absa insurance, who sent an assessor out... was told it was the capacitor, which we replaced at our cost, only for the pool pump still not to work, further inspection, still at our cost revealed it was the pool pump, which absa declined to cover, due to wear and tear... how that is wear and tear?

3) car accident recovery dept, outstanding since June 2012 details can be requested as I'm out of space here!!!
