Bad Service and Poor feedback

To whom it may concern
i hereby refer to the bad service received from your company within the past week where i have not been assisted to date. I called in on the 7th Jan 2013 requesting assistance where i logged a call to have my vehicles fron bumper and bonnet repaired where i was advised to email pictures of the cars panels which needed repairs. I then proceeded as requested however after emailing emailing the pictures on numerous occasions i was told on the 9th and the 11 Jan that they cannot receive any emails from absa emails. I then proceeded in mms'ing the pictures through as requested again on the 14 and 15 Jan where they only confirmed that 3 pictures received however i was not kept in the loop with my request and had to make numerous follow ups. i was also advised that my request would not be processed within this month of Jan 2013. I find this very anoying and an inconvenience.

I trust that my request would be acknowledged and feedback provided with regards to my request.
