Letter of demand issued

Following my vain attempts to retrieve my R45000 from Deals for Wheels/ Sacheen Gandhi for not arranging my finance as per agreement, my lawyer has issued a letter of demand to him. He has until 11 February 2012 to settle matter, failing which summons will be issued. He is going to pay more than his initial debt to me plus costs, loss of income for his dishonest practice. The longer he takes to return my money the more interest I will get, so I am ok with it! When I filed a police report Sacheen gave a statement to the police but he did not know that it will also be used against him in court! He thinks he can get away but I have opened the police case merely to get his written statement! Now once this goes to court he will have a judgement against him and will be listed on ITC and the banks database for. My attorney will assist in preventing him from doing future business and taking peoples money, so hopefully no one else becomes a victim to his finance skams.
