Consultant changing my contract without telling me

Our company's/BMW'S provident fund is handle by Old mutual, we were referred to them for any financial help, I went there to consolidate few loans amounted to R18000.00, Asanda said i would pay R1800.00 for 2 years, and R283.00 would be paid to me, for every successful debit, I took in last year November, today when i went to ask for settlement, it was R65000.00, I NEARLY FAINTED, manager told me she put me on a 5 year plan, but this was a surprise to me as when she showed me the screen, it was 2 years, also on my contract, she is very cruel, i have referred a lot of people to her, which now seems that they might have the same problem, manager confirmed that she was on sick leave and most people came to complain about same scenario, he said i must come and he will change the contract, she has indebted mew further, how could a big company such as them hire like her, this needs to be investigated, especially that manager has confirmed that what she did was inhuman, and now all the money that was debited hasn't made any difference to the capital i took, i want to be reimbursed or they must cancel the whole contract and i must give them their R18000.00. SA WHAT DO YOU CALL THIS?
