I received a settlemnt letter for my vehicle (on-line service), which was paid before the deadline date of the settlement letter. Now a few day's later Wesbank will not release my original Natis document for my vehicle as they say i owe another month's vehicle payment and they sent me a modified version of the original settlement letter, i can only put this down to unethical and behaviour from Wesbank.
