Thinking of changing banks

I went to standard bank in mthatha to apply for a loan because when you dial *120*5626# it says i qualify for R30000.00 subject to affordability, once the lady filled out the details on the computer she said the system doesnt show an amount so it means declined and i cant even afford R1000.00, what nonsense is that? i bank with standard bank so they should be able to see my affordability but denied my loan!! nedbank offered me R33000.00 and i have 5 days to sign the contract yet i dont even bank with them and it was approved in minutes. very disappointed. thinking of changing banks.
