On 2013-04-11 i contacted Wesbank Credit Card Services to establish my outstanding balance on my credit card, to settle it in full.

I provided them with my card nr, and all kinds of security questions.

They then told me, they will put me through to Wesbank, with whom I thought I spoke.

I then spoke to another agent and the whole operation went on for about five times.

Now, 24huours later and after reporting it to their complaints department and rating there level of service as very low, I still don't have any clue on what I need to pay to settle this card. I need to say - this card is not in arrears on anything, that it lay's by lawyers on something like that.

It is just a matter of BAD service. Telephone nr's supplied are wrong and when answered people who really couldn't care less answers the phone's
